COST


Includes free use of equipment, limited lifetime warranty, monitoring billed annual, six months or quarterly. There is NO minimum contract! Nothing to purchase!

Installation: There is no cost for installation, set up, connection or shipping on our easy self installation program. Equipment is shipped to you pre-programmed with easy to follow instructions for quick installation. To start service you pay only for monitoring, nothing else!

Monitoring: $28.50 per month, billed annually
                 $30.00 per month, billed every 6 months
                 $33.00 per month, billed every 3 months
 

DISCOUNTS

Customers who refer others to medical alert service directly through Hardiman Support Services will receive one month free monitoring service for each friend that signs up.  The friend they refer receives a month free also!
 
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
 
For persons with extreme need, limited income and no family assistance HSS can subsidized part of the cost. This is evaluated on a case by case basis.  Please call us for additional information.

WARRANTY

A limited lifetime warranty is provided which warranties the service and replacement of equipment which fails due to manufacturer defect or due to wear from age and normal usage. This warranty does not cover installation or service/replacement of equipment which fails due to accidental disconnection, accidental damage, misuse or abuse whether accidental or intentional. A tech charge may apply to all installation and service problems not covered by this warranty.  Technical support by phone is FREE always!

CONTRACTS

Required documentation must be completed and submitted to Hardiman Support Services prior to connection. There is no minimum length of contract, cancellation may be made at anytime with only 30 days prior notice. There is a small $20 fee for cancellation.
