OUR STORY

Hardiman Support Services was founded in 1994 by Peg Hardiman

 After contracting severe Multiple Sclerosis, Peg was no longer able to continue her field work in alarm security and life safety.  However, her years of experience in this industry had provided her insight to life safety and the elderly and disabled communities that saddened her.

What she observed was that our seniors and disabled were often targets for scam artists and high pressure sales, resulting in their purchase of services that were either substandard or too costly.  Peg combined this knowledge with her years of technical skill and her new-found understanding of disabilities.  A new service company with new ideals was born.

Hardiman Support Services uses NO sales representatives, clients are referred by word of mouth, through clients, trusted medical professionals and service organizations. Clients are never required to sign a length of agreement contract or make any purchase of primary equipment.  No client is ever cancelled from service for inability to pay, financial assistance through Hardiman Support Services is offered to those in need.

Hardiman Support Services remains a family owned business, still operating today on these founding ideals.  We believe in providing service that is of the highest quality in both equipment and service.  In 1996 Hardiman Support Services also became a service contractor under AMAC for medical alert services to the Nevada State Division for Aging.  We continue today as the service provider and account manager to multiple state agencies.
